Our plant identification feature uses advanced machine learning algorithms to recognize plants from photos. Simply take a clear picture of a plant using the app, and our AI will analyze the image to identify the species with up to 98% accuracy. The system can recognize over 20,000 different plant species and provides detailed information about care requirements, growth habits, and potential issues to watch for.

Plantly offers a secure payment system that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. When a buyer places an order, the payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. This provides protection for both parties. Sellers receive their funds quickly after the transaction is completed.

We support multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Sellers can withdraw their earnings to their preferred bank account or keep them as credit in their Plantly wallet for future purchases.

Our WhatsApp integration allows buyers and sellers to communicate directly while maintaining privacy. When viewing a listing, you can tap the WhatsApp button to initiate a conversation with the seller. The app generates a private chat link that connects you directly, without sharing your personal phone number.

This feature makes it easy to ask questions about listings, negotiate prices, or arrange pickup/delivery details. All initial message templates are pre-populated with listing details to make communication efficient. You can also share your location securely to coordinate meetups.

Creating a listing on Plantly is simple and quick. From the app's home screen, tap the "+" button in the navigation bar. You can then take photos or upload existing images of your item. For plants, you can use our AI identification feature to automatically fill in species information.

Enter details about your item including condition, size, age (for plants), and any other relevant information. Our AI pricing tool will suggest a fair market price based on similar listings in your area, though you're free to set your own price.

Select your preferred payment and delivery methods, then publish your listing. It will immediately become visible to potential buyers in your area. You can edit or remove your listing at any time from your profile section.

Our community forums are accessible from the "Community" tab in the app. You can browse existing discussions organized by categories like Plant Care, Garden Design, Equipment Reviews, and more. To participate, simply create an account if you haven't already.

You can start a new discussion by tapping the "New Topic" button and filling in the required information. Include a clear title and description, and add photos if relevant. To join an existing conversation, tap on any discussion thread and use the comment field at the bottom to add your response.

Our forums have a reputation system that rewards helpful contributions. Users can upvote valuable answers, and you'll earn badges as you become more active in the community. Verified experts in gardening, landscaping, and botany are identified with special badges.

Plantly is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. We're rapidly expanding to new regions and plan to be available worldwide by the end of the year.

While the app can be downloaded globally, the marketplace features are only fully operational in supported countries. However, the plant identification feature and community forums are available to all users regardless of location.

If Plantly isn't fully available in your country yet, you can join our waitlist to be notified when we launch in your region. We prioritize expansion based on the number of waitlist sign-ups in each area.
